Finding Your Church Home
Church should feel like home, only better. So what happens when you’re looking for your new ‘Church Home’?
- Visit as many as you need to visit until you feel you’ve found a good candidate.
- Realize that finding a new Church Family takes time. Visit a Church more than a few times. Like any new home, you have to give yourself time to feel at home.
- You get what you give, so give as much of yourself as you can. Volunteer for as much as possible. Speak with members of the congregation, not just the pastor.
- Pray about it. As with everything, seek God’s guidance.
If you already have a ‘Church Family’, don’t forget to show your appreciation. Pass out hugs, compliments, and love as often as possible.

Thanks Nick. I appreciate your comment, and your prayers…especially your prayers. I’m on the mend, it’s just gonna take a few weeks to be as wound up as I usually am 😀 Church Families and Godly friends are the best you’ll ever have.
